ModCrete is brand by Ashtech Buildpro India Pvt. Ltd. under which the company produces Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, panels, prefabricated structures, ready-made mortar and ready-made plaster.
M/s Ashtech Buildpro India Pvt Ltd is incorporated as a Private Limited Company under The Indian Companies Act 1956, registered with Registrar of companies- Delhi in the year 2013. The main object of the company to manufacture and supply Aerated Autoclaved Concrete blocks and products. The company is also engaged in Real Estate development.
The products are manufactured according to the latest trends and standards set by the industry. The company is a quality conscious organization and committed to offer defect free products to its clients.
The company has been formed by reputed entrepreneurs having rich and successful experience in business. The Regd. office is located at D-49, Mansarovar Park, Shahdara New Delhi- India. The factory office of the company is located at Khasra Number 48-49, Village Dehra, MG ROAD Industrial Area, Opposite to Coca Cola India Ltd, Dhaulana Road, District Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.

Tech., M.Tech., MBA Real Estate, University Gold Medal) with 30 years rich experience of Group Housing, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial construction projects. He is also a trained expert in Glass façades Technology from Finland. A Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow Member of Institution of Valuers, a Chartered Engineer and Approved Value, he has a vast experience of construction material imports and outdoor media management (OOH Advertising). Sandeep Kumar Jindal is the founder of the company and looks after strategic operations and marketing of the company.

Mr. Shiv Kumar Agarwal possesses a very rich experience of 30 years in the field of Fly Ash handling and logistics. Known for his leadership and entrepreneurial skills and pioneered in Fly Ash handling business with state of art Material Handling equipment. He has obtained several prestigious contracts / work orders from leading construction companies and is the biggest supplier of Fly Ash in Delhi & NCR. He has a dynamic personality and known for his selfless social work as part of the Rotaract International and is a dedicated and a multi-tasking person. Shiv Kumar Agarwal is the founder of the company and looks after strategic growth of the company.
